Refund & Returns Policy

  • You may exchange most of our products in an unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a different item or full refund. Please see below for further information on how to return an item.

Incorrect Item Delivered?

  • We take great care in making sure you receive the correct item. However, should we erroneously deliver the wrong one, please notify us within 7 days, and we’ll collect the item from you at no charge.

    Following which, you’ll have the choice of:

    • Receiving the correct product (at no delivery cost or any other extra charges)
    • Receiving a full refund, which could take up to 14 business days.

Damaged Goods

  • Should you receive your item(s) in a damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days. We require relevant photographs so that we can assess the extent of the damage, understand how the damage occurred, and use the experience to improve our services, ensuring it will not happen again.

  • If the above should occur, contact us on the following for assistance:

  • Once we’ve received your returned item, you will receive your choice of either:

    • A full refund (excluding original courier fee), or
    • Your replacement items (additional courier fees will be charged)

Please Note:

  • The returning item(s) must be packed in its original packaging, in another box with sufficient protective packaging so that it can travel safely back to us.
  • Returns that are not in accordance with the above instructions will incur a 10% repackaging fee.
  • All non-stock items will carry a 20% handling charge.
  • All stock items will carry a 10% handling charge.
  • Cut cable cannot be returned.
  • No guarantee or refund on lamps.
